30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products in their original packaging qualify for a full refund. Opened products that caused a reaction are also eligible — contact our care team with details.

How to Return

1. 1. Log in to your account and go to Order History.
2. 2. Select the order and items you wish to return.
3. 3. Print the prepaid return label (free for orders over $75).
4. 4. Drop off the package at any carrier location.
5. 5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Need a different shade or size? Contact us within 30 days and we will arrange an exchange at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact care@lumierebeauty.com within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement immediately.
